Vanessa has been serving children and families since 2002, and has been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since 2011.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from Oregon State University in 2003, and her masters in Counseling and Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University, Los Angeles in 2011.
Before working with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, Vanessa worked as a youth counselor for teenage gang members at a residential treatment facility in Los Angeles, California.
Ms. Iroz moved to Nashville in 2017, after spending 6 years working as a behavioral consultant in San Sebastián, Spain.
Her specialty areas include the assessment and treatment of severe problem behavior, crisis intervention, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and parent training.
She is also an active member of Tennessee Association for Behavior Analysis (TABA), Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), Association of Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA), European Association for Behavior Analysis (EABE), and ABA España.
